Our Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Day Program is a three week program run by a multidisciplinary treatment team.  It is designed for people who want to identify, understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking which may be negatively affecting their day-to-day lives. CBT deals with the 'here and now' - how your current thoughts and behaviours are affecting you now.

Our Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Evening Program is a six week program which is designed for people who want to identify, understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking which may be negatively affecting their day-to-day lives. CBT deals with the 'here and now' - how your current thoughts and behaviours are affecting you now.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Day Follow Up Program

Our Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Day Follow Up Program is run by a multidisciplinary treatment team.  It is intended for patients who have previously attended the CBT Day or Evening Programs, and now wish to focus more intensely on specific topics of interest whilst maintaining ongoing support for themselves.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Evening Follow Up Program

Our CBT Evening Follow Up Program is intended for patients who have previously attended the CBT Day or Evening Programs and now wish to focus more intensely on specific topics of interest whilst maintaining ongoing support for themselves. Patients attending this program are asked to commit to 4 weekly sessions on a particular topic at a time.
